Ordered a lovely looking pair of shoes, however I didn't receive a display email or delivery of the order for 2 months. I emailed them to find out what had happened and although they apologised and assured me the shoes were ready for dispatch I still received no email or order for two weeks so I emailed back and they didn't respond. Two weeks later I sent a strongly worded email asking for an immediate refund which took them a further 10 days to process. Would not trust this company with another penny of my hard earned cash.
