I received the paper pinwheels and was very pleased until I opened up the big one and the band came off, now I'm going to have to glue it back on, which is discouraging. I have received pinwheels before, opend and folded them many times for storage so I was a bit surprised when the pinwheel came apart as I opened it for the first time. Thats why I gave only 4 stars, the quality control needs to step it up.
