Great watch and probably the most accurate one for sleep and steps (not together tho) it is a bit sensetive on the "working out" part when you move to fast with ya arm and it said I was doing an average of 49mph on a push bike down the A1 for an hour and 21 minutes and travelled for over 60 miles... As if hahaha but other than that I love it
