First class service. watch arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
Incidentally, I deliberately used citizen uk to buy this watch because even though I saw it on Amazon for cheaper, when looking closely, the colour of the strap arms on Amazon was silver, whereas on the Citizen offical sites it was gold and I preferred the gold and so didn't trust the Amazon version of the watch. So I feel confident I've got a real citizen watch instead of some forgery.
