Had a great experience using the Citizen Watch UK website picking the watch. Delivery was on time. I had no problems. Everything about the watch was as described. Altering the wrist band needed a specialist tool and this, for the unwary, would potentially be annoying. Thankfully I had already discovered this on a previous purchase!
