I found the website very easy to navigate and they have a nice selection of watches for a price comparable to e.g. Amazon retailers. Having had a previous Citizen Eco-Drive watch that's lasted many years I was keen to get another one. The titanium ones seem to be very scratch resistant which is great for an everyday watch in my opinion. My previous titanium watch had many scrapes over its life and still looked in good shape regardless. The shipping was fast and without any issues, and you cannot fault the 6 year warranty.
