The transaction should have been very simple but Citizen sent an email containing a discount code to use on my purchase. The message showed the exact watch I was buying so I entered the code which did not work. The watch was already at a sale price so no discount could be applied (so why send it?) After that I completed the order and the watch arrived safely.
