Initially I had trouble ordering my watch online, contacted Citizen uk via email, the email was answered by Bobbi who was excellent and we got it ordered (thank you Bobbi)
Delivery was by DPD who were excellent, I knew the name of the driver and was informed of a delivery time/day
All in all, very happy with transaction and dealing with Citizen uk.
