My new Citizen Promaster Tough watch arrived and I certainly wasn't disappointed. It both looked good and felt good being made from titanium. The pictures on the website don't do it justice and much better in the 'flesh'.
Communication from Citizen was great with regular updates and could log into my account anytime and see progress for myself. Delivery was quick and flawless and Watch was well packaged.
A truly memorable transaction from ordering to delivery and unboxing.
