After a couple of days of research i took the plunge and ordered my CZ Smart Hybrid watch. Lots of clear info in advance, and the order was as straight forward as needed to complete purchase. Once in transit i did get an update from DPD advising of a delay (one outside of Citizen's control) so contacted the support team and they were quick to provide an update and estimated delivery time - which was accurate and the watch arrived promptly.
