I purchased this men’s watch as a gift. After trying the strap ,it was quickly discovered that the strap way far to short , watch face also to small to my partners hand.
So on the day of purchase the watch was quickly returned.
After chasing up for my refund.
I was finally told that the watch face & back strap was returned scratched ‘with a large amount deducted from my refund.
I was shocked , I tried my best explaining but was repeatedly told that I had to pay even though we didn’t scratch the watch at all.
Very disappointed customer
