I have purchased this watch on April 27 and wanted to cancel the order on April 28. Couldn't do it so contacted customer service people and they're of no use. I had to wait till now (July 14) to get my refund. I had to use my money to send back the watch to get my refund and was promised to get postal charges, but gave me nothing. I had to write numerous emails throughout the period from April 28 to July 14 and had to cancel all my plans or grocery shopping for food just to be at home to deliver the watch back. Which apparently they never came and I was sitting in my house waiting for them like a fool. I tried to explain my vulnerable situation to customer advisor but they never cared. Bought this watch thinking very high about Citizen brand, but after the way I was treated and rewarded, Citizen is the one which no one should ever buy from. They have no ethics or empathy towards their customers and their time.
