I bought this watch direct from the Citizen Watch UK website, the watch is exactly what I hoped it would be from the pictures online. There was a slight miscommunication as I required an adjustment to the strap length but within 24 hours additional links were received at no extra cost and I was even given a small refund to compensate for any inconvenience.
A lovely item and a great service, I would definitely purchase direct from the site again.
