After a fair amount of research, I purchased Citizen Pro Master Divers Automatic watch which claims to be waterproof for up to 200 meters. I looked at many makes and models and finally decided on this model as it was exactly what I wanted. In addition, Citizen is one the only manufacturers that offers such a long warranty period. Perhaps this is because they are confident about their product. Also being a Japanese make gave me even more comfort. I needed some additional info and found their Customer Service extremely prompt and efficient to provide me the required information. After purchase also contacted them again to assist me on registering my warranty and was handled by them with lots of care and compassion. The time piece looks excellent on my wrist and have received very positive comments from my family and friends. So far, I am very happy with my purchase and also have a comfort that I if I have any issues with this lovely and beautiful time piece, I shall be handled with care and compassion. Excellent Client Delivery and Customer Service and Care is very important to me and am more than confident that I shall receive all such from Citizen.
