I bought a Citizen watch while on a cruise in July 24 I am pleased with it which is why I bought another
on line which I liked very much. However there was a design fault with the strap which would not stay within the metal securers . I returned the watch immediately on 20th September and received an em saying you had received it in 23rd
I note the cost of the watch was reduced and wondered whether this fault had been noted which was the reason for the reduction . I am yet to receive reimbursement for my purchase .I am concerned that there has been a sale of faulty goods and would like an explanation.
