I had been looking around other therapy providers but from my first conversation with City Therapy I felt very at ease and they were happy to take their time with me and answer any questions I had. My therapist Szilvia was a delight to work with, very welcoming, easy to talk to and made every session feel like a safe space where I could speak openly. If you are thinking of starting therapy, I couldn't recommend City Therapy more.
