Meeting Michelle most definitely saved my life to put it simply. Through gentle listening and understanding of the issues I was dealing with she was so equipped to help create a routine and plan for me so that I could get back to living my life. To come to the understanding I was on the spectrum in my 20’s derailed me at the start and on top of that coming to the realisation I was trans at the same time was too much to function but with Michelle we worked together and put routine into my life and healthy boundaries and I can honestly say I am living my life to the fullest I ever have. I went back to Michelle recently for just a check in and will be back to her in the future if I ever need it.
