I hesitated about going to therapy for a long time. I'd hit a rough patch, feel bad for a while, think about trying therapy, eventually sweep things under the rug, feel a little better... rinse and repeat. After a few big changes in my life happened around the same time, I thought it was finally time to try and break the cycle. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Signing up was very easy, and after asking a few simple questions to get an idea of my needs, I was put in contact with one of their many qualified therapists straight away. Working with Szilvia the last few months has been an absolute pleasure. She put me at ease from the very first session and has been incredibly warm, considerate, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I can't speak positively enough about my experience. My only regret is not having started sooner.
