Hi Nikita, the installation was a little problematic, due primarily to the fact that the site/location was not square, which necessitated a number of modifications to the panel/frame. This was carried out professionally and with a minimum of fuss. However, the installer's task was made a little difficult as a result of being "one out", I had presumed it would be a two-man team as it has been in the past two installations. Nonetheless, he did a great job and left the job site neat and tidy, well done to him. In closing, just a casual comment, in the past we were given a small presentation of a maintenance "kit" which has come in very handy when adjusting the tension in the shutters, I thought it was a nice touch and a very professional and business-like way to conclude the job. When such a small gesture can mean so much to customer relations and the building of a loyal customer base, it's a pity to see this practice no longer exists. Thanks for a great job, until next time.
