Pleasant and friend staff, process was reasonably simple and very accomindating with quote options, installation was quick and to a good standard. T&Cs in the contract were reasonable and fair in comparision to some other competators. shutters seem to be constructed of a good quality.
Only Negatives
Some Metal shavings left in the new carpet and nail & metal shaving left in the driveway.
Measure up appoint 1st attempt didnt appear in the nominated window. 2nd attempt provide no advanced notice of turning up.
