I am extremely dissatisfied with the deep cleaning services provided by this company. Their work was abysmal, to say the least. They performed a very basic cleaning, and even that was done poorly. Dust, grease, and marks were left all over the place. They neglected major areas of the house and were ready to leave without cleaning until we insisted. Moreover, the company lacked proper cleaning machines and supplies. The workers were unprofessional, using only water in a bucket and a dirty cloth to half-heartedly clean the areas we pointed out. We paid a hefty AED1250 for work that our domestic helper could have completed in a few hours. Overall, a complete waste of money and time.
