I ordered 3 printer cartridges from clickinks. After 3 weeks they had not arrived, so I called Clickinks, spoke to a foreign lady that I could barely understand. She said she would check on my order and call back later. Someone called back the next day, but I was not there to answer the phone. She left a totally not understandable message -- something about sending them an email. The next day I sent an email to Clickinks inquiring about my order. Today, it is about a week later, and I still have not received an answer to my email. I have just ordered cartridges from LD to replace the ones I never received from Clickinks, and scratched Clickinks off my list of cartridge suppliers.
