Sloppy beginning (first attempt at purchase was not confirmed by company, so had to go back and restart. Took a lot longer than past experiences I have had with ordering and receiving product, but FINALLY came and the product was as ordered. I installed one of the inkjets and it is of good quality. FYI, many online reviews were quite negative, but so far so good.
