Ordered replacement cartridges for my Epson WF printer, when they arrived I noticed the computer chips on the cartridge were different from OEM; when I installed the clickinks replacement cartridge the printer did not recognize the cartridge. I contacted them, they had me try some lame fix forcing the printer to recognize the cartridge, this if course did not work; I am attempting to get a refund/return and am getting the runaround. If you care considering this company, proceed with caution.
