Ordered replacement cartridges for my Epson WF printer. Upon received over a week after ordering I noticed the computer chip on replacement cartridge was different from OEM. I installed new cartridge, printer did not recognize it. Tried numerous fixes, no good. Contacted Clickinks via chat, they provided some lame fix, as expected, did not work. I'm now waiting over 3 days for return instructions and still no refund. Sorry I got involved with this company.
