I’ve been a very loyal customer for years but my latest order was to say the least a bit of a problem. I ordered in September , then was told some inks were out of order , I kept receiving statements that my order was complete when it wasn’t. I had to call Cheryl many times . She was concerned and CD worked with me to resolve these issues. I finally received the last cartridge if an original five- six cartridges this week. November . If cartridges aren’t available, your website should reflect that immediately.
