Clickinks has taken the prize for the worst scam company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order on 11/11, order number 11888462, for Brother LC406 Full Set Original Standard Ink Cartridges, at a cost of 134.485. I received 3 separate cartridges in a broken box, of which two were LC 406 and one LC402, the Magenta was missing. I called customer support, waited at least 10 minutes for an agent - obviously in India, told him of my problem, tro which he said he would call me back. That never happened. Three days later I received another LC 402, not LC 406, Magenta cartridge. Clearly the distributor you used for my order, is as incompetent as your customer service. Obviously, not having any recourse to expect a partial refund, or receipt of the correct items. This has turned out to be a very bad expensive experience. John Mascheroni
