I'm not sure what happened before with my black ink cartridges, but you replaced them and along with a new order for colored ink, all is working out perfectlyu. Thank you again for your assistance in the matter. All is working out very good. I'm sure it was just a rare situation. Thank you again. All cartridges work wonderfully. David
