I Haven’t Gotten A Refund Yet. JS
I ordered ink and received the wrong cartridges. Now, I’m having a terrible time getting ClickInks to take back the incorrect items and give me a refund. All items are JUST as I received them- all brand new. Albert Knight keeps delaying, asking for photos, being non-responsive. All I want is to send back incorrect, unused, just as received ink. Terrible customer service!!!
