We have used several cloud based courier broking services over the last 7 years. They are all quite simple to use and they allow you to choose the best value shipping based on your particular parcel and destination. When something has gone wrong and the parcel is lost or damaged, it would take lots of time and energy to investigate what happened. Chasing the account manager to then chase the courier for updates and even a loss of parcel request (typically up to £60 compensation - even though the contents could be above £1,000). This is where cloudshipping are different - Should an issue occur, Cloudshipping account managers are usually on the ball and already looking for further information, whilst informing us of a pontential issue (long before we would be aware otherwise), this is extremely helpful when our products are very time sensitive.
