I was having a crisis of confidence as a result of too much stress from my previous job. I knew I needed support to get back on track, so I went online to seek one. I booked his service for 1 week at first to see how it will go and after only 2 sessions, I realised how good he was at coaching. I extended the sesssions with him for 5 more weeks and by the time I was on my last session, my confidence has already returned and I even received so much resources from my coach to help me fully get back up. After a week or so from my last session, I was able to start a new job that was way better than my previous one and felt more relaxed and fulfilled with myself and my life.
