My experience of Cole's Sewing Centre has been abundantly positive. There has been slight issues with my order but Deborah of Cole's Sewing Centre has been very helpful - recommending a new colour thread for a discontinued colour, placing an order for a colour I asked for that they didn't have in stock, putting my name down for another colour that's on back order and sending the majority of my order to me by courier so they weren't left on the doorstep while I'm away. Thank you Deborah and Cole's Sewing Centre for being helpful, kind and accommodating.
