The web site is alittle hard to navigate the search engine sends you all over the place they are very quick to answer a question wich an oldie like me appreciate as my nephew surprised me with a jade 35 after my designer 1 went to sewing machine heaven. So i was unsure of the parts my only niggle when order confirmation received it said the would notify when dispatched but they didnt however stuff arrived safe and as soon as i work out how format the usb should be a happy bunny again.
