DO NOT USE!!! We booked this company for a one week drop off and park at Gatwick and were appalled by their service plus they ripped us off! We tried to call them as specified in their terms on both provided numbers for over an hour on the way to Gatwick. We left 3 messages. Finally someone answered when we were already in the specified Gatwick short stay car park. They got stroppy when we told them no one had been answering and told us we would have to pay £20 cash to the guy who was going to collect the car else we could find alternative arrangements. When we followed up on this with other staff we spoke to, they denied this. Unable to attach picture of us handing over the £20 to this review for some reason. Obviously with a flight to catch we had no alternative but to pay and use them. We had a similar impolite person who we spoke to when we returned to collect our car. We had to wait for it to be delivered again. We will never use this company again when there is better competion out here, and suggest avoiding rude and unsavoury extortion tactics!
