DO NOT USE!!! Arrived at Gatwick. Asked us for ID bit Driver had no identification and anything to confirm he was from the parking company . I had to take a photo of him. Luckily we have car tracking to ease our worries. The day before we returned we needed to extend the Parking due to delays. After 2.5 hours of trying to deal with the company themselves who were not help at all I got through to the mobile we called from the booking email. Explained the situation and said it was fine and would see is the day after. Landed and had a random whatsapp message from them asking why we hadn’t collected our car. Called them at 8:30am to drop our car back to us. Said ok sending now. After an hour waiting our tracker showed car hasn’t moved. Called them to ask why and he then said your late and didn’t let us know. Even though we had. You owe us more money so will keep your car until paid. Received a text with someone’s personal bank account details to pay to as can’t pay via a secure site etc. Another hour later we finally got our car. Disgusting service. Do not use them!!!!
