Terrible experience!!! Flight was delayed on returning from our holiday.... arrived 2 hours late at Heathrow at 0030hrs... then delays on off-loading from plane... and also baggage belt delays.... finally tried to call CP Super savers to collect car...... only to get a recorded message advising that the office was closed until 5am!! Spent next 3+ hours sitting in T5 until they opened. THEN... advised that there was an extra day to pay for!!!! £30... by bank transfer...was demanded before I could reclaim the car. Be very careful with these companies!!!!!!!!!
