The white hydrangea petals I received I am disappointed with. I reached out to your team via the live chat and had a very blunt and unsatisfactory response. Very unexpected from a company that seems as professional as yours. On a positive note the pink hydrangea petals I’ve received are great. I shall use these and discard the white which appear stale and discoloured.
