Service from the team was outstanding. When we placed our order, we ordered 8L of our chosen confetti and personalised packaging and chose to delay our shipment until a month before our wedding. We were contacted by Lucy to say they have found the confetti we had chosen to stain the packaging we had chosen & we could change our packaging to any of their other choices for no additional cost! We did so and our confetti and packaging arrived a couple of days after - everything was packaged carefully, everything was exactly as we had ordered and we love it! Would highly recommend.
