First my house number was not included on the day 2 test package, despite my asking it to be amended a week before it was due to be sent, AND despite the customer service confirming that the house number had been included - only for me to get a retrospective message from the delivery company that there was no house number on the package. It therefore got sent back and I did not receive my day two test until day 8... On top of that, it is now day 12 and I have not received my day 2 or day 8 results despite sending them promptly on day 8. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
