Honestly, it was a good experience. I was scared that things will go wrong because I read a few bad reviews. Turns out it was just fine. Day 2 test kit arrived on Day 1 of my 10-day quarantine, it was a Friday so I did not expect to get a result over the weekend anyway. Test result came by email on the following Monday morning. Day 8 test kit arrived a few days early. I did it again on a Friday and expected a result on Monday, which I did not receive. I waited patiently a few more days but still did not receive anything. I then wrote to the customer service and followed the steps (automated email reply) that were advised to be done. I probably did not register my Day 8 test kit properly. But after doing that again I got my result promptly. So yeah, overall good experience. 5 stars even if I did not receive my second result on time, since it was probably my own fault.
