I wasn't aware of my results 10 days after I'd sent the sample (which includes a Bank Holiday weekend), and on posting about that on this review site, the company contacted me to say the results had been sent on time and they'd re-sent it now too. It turned up in my junk mail folder. I suggest they send a text alert to your mobile phone either with the result or with an alert that the result has been emailed. This is what the free-of-charge NHS Covid testing service does, and that way these important emails aren't missed, as the result is also sent by text message.
