Day 2 testing result never arrived. After many unanswered calls, emails that received an automated response and complaints that I logged with UK govt. I got an half-hearted follow-up and another test kit of which I never received any result.
I allowed plenty of time and spent a lot of effort for confirm testing to remedy itself. They failed.
