Failed to provide day two test, lied about me not registering it when I could prove otherwise, then refused a refund on the basis that Royal Mail could not provide proof they’d received it. Incompetent, negligent, arrogant and deceitful. Halo Testing were flawless. I’ve filed a case with the U.K. Government under their scheme to monitor and investigate companies behaving poorly related to covid. Keeping someone’s funds during this pandemic when you failed to provide the service is a weak business model.
