There is no way I’d go with your company again. We couldn’t register either of my covid tests online and when we finally managed to get hold of someone so we could tell you the problem, I had to redo the two tests. I told the covid people that called me the trouble we had. Nightmare and we paid for the privilege. Not even an apology.
