As there was a long list of companies on the Gov.uk website to choose from, I decided to be led by cost. Confirm Testing costing were competitive. The website was very easy to navigate and information and instructions were easy to understand and follow. The tests were received in a timely fashion, although the intial instructions stated that the day 2 test would be delivered on the day of arrival in the U.K it actually arrived the following day. Communication was exceptional, I received almost immediate responses to my enquiries, which at both times served to resolve and address my questions. I would definitely use this company again.
