Easy payment quick delivery and easy instruction sending the test back but my results for my test and my partners were not sent back to us even though they were meant to be sent to separate emails there apparently was a technical issue on their end and the results were never sent to us. The government haven’t actually asked us for the test results I assume the results get sent to the government directly but it would be nice to let the people paying for the tests actually have the results when they come out. I had to call them nearly a week later after posting the test to get them to resend my results to my email.
