After being let down by a different supplier who wasn't responsive and didn't deliver my tests on time I decided to order an additional Day 5 at Confirm testing. After looking around online the pricing from confirm testing looked better than most out there. They had a live chat to which their customer service helped me straight away in the friendliest way. They made me feel confident I could trust them. I ended up receiving their test really quickly as well as all of my original delayed tests, since those where non-refundable or with a restocking fee, I decided to take both companies Day 5 test. The test from Confirm Testing was way more user friendly than the other company. After posting both of them to see which one I would get back earlier. Confirm testing gave me my results next day in the evening (Saturday), the other supplier was only able to get back to me the day after on Sunday afternoon. I would recommend using Confirm Testing to everyone as they are quick, reliable, responsive and friendly!
