i purchased the item which arrived quickly. i had to do my day 5 test on a friday. I called the company to see how long would the swab need to be delivered to them and they said after the weekend unless if i pay for a next day delivery to be delivered on saturday. I did that, however when the parcel was going to be delivered on saturday, no one was there to pick it up. So i paid for an extra delivery for nothing, when I was told that someone will be here to pick it up. the swab was delivered on Monday but this could have happened without paying a delivery fee.
