Unfortunately my experience so far was very unsatisfying!! I purchased 2 day 5 tests, obviously because it was extremely important for me and my partner to finish quarantine as soon as possible for work reasons!! And this didn't happen thanks to you, if I knew this was going to happen in advance I would have chosen a different company!! We are taking our day 8 tests in the morning and still didn't recieve the result from you!! It was a total waste of money to pay for two tests which best case scenario is going to save us 2 days of quarantine! Can't even count on that at this point.. Caused a lot of trouble!! Extremely dissapointed!
