I chose Confirm Testing as they were one of the few government-approved suppliers whose online reviews were actually good. Their negative reviews seemed to be due to failure to register barcodes. I enquired about this before purchase and was pleased with their prompt and clear answers to my questions. I noted that most other providers didn't usually reply to questions at all. Within a few minutes of purchase, I had received the special code required for my Passenger Locator form. A good start. When I got home in the UK the tests were waiting for me with a neighbour, I didn't need to go out anywhere and pick them up. The day 2 test was sent, delivered by Royal Mail the next morning, and I got the result early the following morning (day 4). When I sent the day 5 Test To Release swab, I enclosed a note requesting a quick turnaround so I could come out of quarantine. Royal Mail delivered the next morning as before, and I was delighted to receive the negative result at around 4 pm the same day, freeing me even earlier than I had expected before the end of day 6. In spite of the absurd requirements imposed by HM Government on people arriving from amber list countries, which in most cases have managed the pandemic far better than the UK, have much lower infection rates and no sign yet of the Delta strain, I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the performance and good speed of Confirm Testing. I strongly recommend them.
